The AI Solutions Analyst, positioned within the Technology & Innovation team, identifies and shapes automation, AI, and digital workflow opportunities throughout the organization. By collaborating with business units, the analyst uncovers manual inefficiencies and designs scalable solutions that enhance accuracy, reduce rework, and boost operational capacity.
Reporting to the Director of Technology & Innovation, the analyst acts as an internal consultant, working with IT, Business Systems and departmental leaders to assess feasibility, document requirements, and support implementation, while also guiding user readiness through training and communication.
- Interview teams, observe workflows, and job‑shadow to uncover automation and AI opportunities.
- Maintain a prioritized opportunity backlog with value, impact, and problem statements.
- Redesign manual processes for efficiency, clarity, and reduced rework.
- Build proof‑of‑concept prototypes to demonstrate improved workflows or automated steps.
- Collaborate with IT, Business Systems, and department leaders to assess feasibility and data needs.
- Document requirements, map workflows, create test plans, and coordinate implementation efforts.
- Prepare user‑readiness materials, conduct training, and communicate changes.
- Monitor solution performance and measure outcomes to ensure delivered value.
- Stay current on AI, automation, and digital‑workflow trends and recommend relevant improvements.
- Assess current‑state workflows, identify gaps, and define repetitive tasks.
- Apply automation concepts such as triggers, decision logic, routing, and data movement.
- Leverage AI capabilities like summarization, pattern detection, and decision support independent of platform.
- Design future‑state workflows and articulate them via diagrams or documentation.
- Analyze complex processes, breaking them into manageable components.

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, data/process analytics, or equivalent experience.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, continuous improvement, or workflow design.
- Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and interviewing skills across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to redesign processes for clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
- Quick learner of new AI and automation tools with strong documentation and organizational abilities.
- Experience with change management, user support, or training is a plus.
