Description

We are seeking a full‑time Concierge to work Monday‑Friday, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. The role creates a positive first impression for all visitors, provides community information to support sales and marketing, answers incoming calls, and offers clerical support to all departments.

• Answer and screen all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Receive and process community mail.
• Maintain and update emergency phone number log and resident emergency face sheets.
• Monitor security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front‑door security.
• Order and maintain appropriate office supplies.
• Assist the Business Operations Director with assigned administrative tasks.
• Attend all scheduled in‑service training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and community policies.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training.

Requirements

The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell, and to lift or carry up to 25 lb while using proper body mechanics.

• Hold a high school diploma (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse personalities.
• Experience working with senior populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and able to learn new applications.
