As the Project Execution Group Leader for XXL Projects, you will staff, develop, and lead the execution teams within the Airports XXL portfolio, building a high‑performing, people‑centric organisation that aligns with Vanderlande’s long‑term strategic goals. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an international, technical setting, at least five years of execution expertise, strong interpersonal and cultural awareness, a proactive mindset, and is willing to travel up to 50% across Europe and the Middle East.
