SHE Manager

Description

Regional SHE Managers provide essential advice, guidance and support on safety, health and environment matters, while performing corporate governance duties for senior management across individual businesses and the wider Group.

• Undertake SHE corporate governance monitoring for local business heads and the Robertson Group.
• Assist in assessing contractor competence.
• Support local business heads with SHE programmes and initiatives.
• Provide advice and guidance to personnel on SHE matters.
• Participate in SHE investigations.
• Identify, develop and deliver SHE training programmes and courses.
• Conduct site inspections and audits according to agreed programmes.
• Participate in significant incident investigations.
• Assess SHE competence of vendors at Stage 1 of the CDM assessment process.
• Produce written reports on inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Deliver in‑house SHE training courses.
• Attend and contribute to SHE department meetings.
• Attend and contribute to local Robertson Group business SHE meetings.
• Liaise with enforcing authorities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other SHE professionals to improve SHEQ performance.
