10+ years
- Experience leading and directing teams in a digital/BIM environment, coordinating civil services with those of other disciplines.
- Experience with InfoDrainage or similar hydraulic modelling software.
- Awareness of the Irish regulatory and planning framework, together with experience of managing site infrastructure projects through the planning process.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing internal and external design interfaces e.g., architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical and electrical.
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience within a consultancy environment.
- Must have chartered professional status, or similar recognised qualification.
- Proven track record in project delivery of largescale site infrastructure projects.
- Ability to technically lead and manage the design process on site infrastructure projects from conceptual layout to detailed design and construction.
- Experience liaising with Uisce Eireann, Utility Companies and Local Authorities.
- Strong site infrastructure technical design skills (surface water, foul, water, roads and carparks, earthworks, underground utility services coordination).
- Highly experienced in the use of BIM (Civil 3D and/or Revit) to deliver coordinated site infrastructure designs as part of a multidiscipline project environment.
