Description
As Manager Operations Support – Vehicle Regulation you will support the Head of Vehicle Regulation in overseeing the end‑to‑end regulatory sub‑system. You will ensure performance monitoring, reporting and workflow coordination are robust, responsive and aligned with strategic priorities, while developing tools that provide visibility of regulatory activity and translate risk insights into targeted approaches. The role also involves managing programme planning, coordinating resources and liaising with corporate support functions and third‑party providers.
- Track and report key performance indicators across operational functions.
- Design and maintain outcome‑focused metrics, reporting structures and dashboards.
- Provide strategic analysis to identify, manage and escalates risks, issues and opportunities.
- Support internal audits with accurate and timely performance data.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of regulatory approaches.

- Align operational input with strategic change programmes and project planning.
- Monitor project milestones, timelines and deliverables to ensure progress.
