

Produces construction materials for infrastructure projects, including aggregates, cement, and asphalt.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a working knowledge of heavy construction equipment, and preferably at least one year of operating experience. Strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential.
The role requires physical stamina: climbing on equipment, lifting up to 50 lb, and working outdoors in all weather conditions while wearing required safety gear.
