We are seeking dynamic, result-driven, and highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers (International Sales) to spearhead Cadeploy’s expansion in the USA & Canada, Australia–New Zealand–Singapore, and UK & Europe regions.
The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of proven experience in international sales in any service industry (preferably structural steel, BIM, EPC, or related services. Other profiles are also welcome), excellent client relationship skills, and an exceptional ability to close high-value deals. This is a leadership role requiring strong ownership, strategic vision, and hands-on sales execution.
- Global Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of international business development strategies, cross-cultural sales practices, and global contracting models.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring large clients and meeting international revenue targets.
- Location: Base office in Hyderabad or Delhi with extensive international travel.
- Flexibility: Open to frequent international travel and working across time zones.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to assigned regions for client meetings, presentations, trade shows, and conferences.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of International Business Development & Sales experience(North American, Europe/UK, Australasia experience only)
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Expertise in handling high-value contracts, commercial negotiations, and client relationships.
