The Technical Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between Kokosing Construction Company and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) dealerships, ensuring timely resolution of equipment service requests and technical issues. The role supports field operations and shop staff by managing technical documentation, coordinating service activities, and facilitating communication across internal departments and external partners.

Coordinate service requests between KCC and OEM dealers to resolve product issues efficiently.
Review weekly warranty expiration reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Track warranty occurrences and liaise with dealers for support and scheduling.
Serve as point of contact for oil analysis experts, relaying findings to field personnel.
Review, upload, and maintain product service reports and manuals on SharePoint.
Distribute technical information, service publications, and OEM service letters.
Provide on‑site assistance to field technicians for complex troubleshooting.
Manage product modification requests, ensuring documentation and communication.
Respond to service inquiries from shops and field staff, escalating complex issues.
Monitor equipment fault codes via telematics, analyze trends, and advise maintenance strategies.
Conduct remote troubleshooting using TeamViewer and help develop OEM remote‑service programs.
Travel occasionally to support field operations and have experience with OEM service software (e.g., CAT ET, JD Service Advisor, Cummins Insite).
