Assist in building scopes of work outside of Wells jobs, including waterproofing/firestopping.
Job setup process internally with accounting
Analysis of job costs on projects to establish production rates in estimates.
Build relationships with architects, contractors, and materials suppliers.
Develop tracking mechanisms for project cost estimates to use for historical costs.
Utilize tools for project leads such as builders’ exchanges, construct connect, etc.
Read & interpret plans and specifications.
Estimate necessary construction equipment & materials to complete the project.
Visit existing Wells jobs/clients for building restoration/re-caulk needs.
Establish scope of work and sequence for each job necessary for proper pricing
Perform takeoffs for projects in sealants, waterproofing, restoration, and fire stopping.
Develop expertise in new scope areas of the Sealants and Restoration Group

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
High School Diploma or GED
Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed.
Must be able to lead a team with respect and dignity.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Visual acuity and ability to read small print.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
