Group Events Planner

Description

The role sits in the Global Marketing and Communications team, supporting internal celebrations and external showcases, including our flagship leadership development programme. You will plan and execute face‑to‑face, virtual and hybrid events while working closely with worldwide colleagues, senior stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.

You will report to the Group Events Lead and join a dynamic team of marketing and communications professionals. The position suits someone who thrives on variety, pressure and making a measurable difference.

• Plan and deliver events, from leadership programmes to client celebrations.
• Manage all logistics, including set‑up, derig and UK travel as needed.
• Control budgets, handling costs and quotations.
• Identify target audiences and ensure events meet their needs.
• Track ROI, KPIs and attendance to continuously improve events.
• Provide employee ownership with performance‑based bonuses and a direct stake.
• Support inclusive employee networks for LGBTQ+, gender, race, disability and parent/carer communities.

Requirements
