The role conducts general accounting processes, including expenses and balance‑sheet activities, for the Enterprise Service Center (ESC). It supports interactions between Accounting Managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that software tools are functional and process flows are followed to maintain strong internal controls and protect ABM Industries' assets. The position also manages cash, bank, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, commissions, and other expense records while overseeing training deadlines and performance benchmarks.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline and have 2–3 years of Record‑to‑Report and general accounting experience, preferably within a shared services environment. Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules (GL, PPM, Smart View, Reports, ARCS, Enterprise Journals) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are highly preferred; PowerBI knowledge and a solid understanding of GAAP are also required.
