Present service options, recommend system upgrades or replacements, and promote add-on products
Perform system cleanings, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs
Generate and close in-home sales opportunities for equipment, accessories, and service plans
Build trust with customers by clearly explaining system performance and repair needs in everyday language
Accurately document all work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, drainage, etc.)
Maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or GED; technical training a plus
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive to meet performance goals
Proven success in Residential HVAC sales or in-home service recommendations
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
