Performs frequent calls to internal and external customers to determine current and future equipment needs.
Autonomy & Decision-Making: Makes decisions on routine matters, provides recommendations to supervisor and refers all exceptions to supervisor.
Resolves customer discrepancies by coordinating with company personnel to ensure timely and accurate execution of paperwork, quotes, billings and other various correspondences.
Pursues equipment and support service opportunities to internal and external business partners through active engagement of new and existing customers.
Responsible for all outstanding Accounts Receivable on their accounts.
Responsible for maintaining key client relationships to facilitate repeat business.
Communicates with operations on mobilization, demobilization, site conditions and additional customer requirements relating to their rentals.
Communicates with operations team to schedule repairs and maintenance on equipment relating to their rentals.
Communicates with the customer in a timely fashion in regards to service requests and any other customer responsibilities related to maintenance and repairs.
Increase profitable sales and rental revenue through active sales engagement including cold calls, emails, and routine follow-up to promote the brand and services.

3+ years experience in the equipment rental industry (Preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office – Intermediate
3+ years general sales experience (Preferred)
Ability to provide excellent customer service through positive interaction with customers
Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, both internally and externally
High School/GED or equivalent (Required)
Communication skills, verbal and written – Advanced
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Valid and unrestricted drivers license required
