In this entry‑level role you will assist in structural design and analysis across multiple materials, gather client requirements, and maintain technical communication. You will support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and monitor progress through all phases, including construction documents, submittal reviews, and site observations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with a Master’s degree and an Engineering in Training (EIT) license preferred. Required knowledge includes design techniques and standards for steel, concrete, wood, and masonry, as well as proficiency with structural analysis and BIM software. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential, along with basic MS Office skills and the ability to travel up to 5%.
