The company is hiring a Field Supervisor for its Mount Vernon, WA office. The supervisor will oversee safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and direct daily field operations for aerial and underground fiber construction while training and guiding field employees.
- Oversee and manage safety measures on all aerial and underground fiber construction projects.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with regulations and reporting.
- Direct day‑to‑day field operations through foremen and subcontractors, providing technical guidance.
- Train and coach field employees to meet daily operational needs.
- Implement tracking systems to measure productivity and coordinate fleet and tool management.
- Communicate with management and team members, fostering integrity and accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to field staff.

- Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction and construction practices.
- Experience supervising or dispatching construction crews.
- Ability to operate, maintain, and follow safety protocols for machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and industry‑relevant software.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education/experience.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, poles, work at heights, and handle outdoor conditions year‑round.
- Valid government‑issued photo ID and driver’s license (if driving required).
- Pass pre‑employment checks: MVR, background, drug screen.
