The opportunity is a year‑round, full‑time outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys working in all seasons and has experience with commercial lawn care and snow removal equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring and identifying outdoor maintenance needs at the Becker site, operating manual and powered equipment such as mowers, plows and trucks, and assisting with general facility upkeep as needed.
Requirements include commercial lawn care experience, snow removal experience, ability to work independently and on a team, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and capacity to perform all physical and environmental job functions.

Compensation and benefits include $22/hour starting pay, PTO, nine paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA contributions, a 401(k) plan with company match, and employer‑paid life and disability insurance. The role is onsite.
