We are looking for an organised person who can balance and prioritise their workload within a designated patch.

You will have a Full UK Driving licence.

Experience in Repairs & Maintenance surveying is essential.

Knowledge of current legislation around Damp & Mould is beneficial for this role.

Professional qualification in a trade associated skill i.e. City & Guilds.

You will have a customer centric approach with a focus on getting it right first time. Ideally you will be a pragmatic decision maker and able to think on your feet.

HNC in construction or equivalent and / or a time served trades background in carpentry or plumbing with a recognised qualification i.e. City & Guilds.

Salary - £41,800 (+ £750.00 Car allowance) per annum
