The role focuses on deeply analyzing current HR processes and designing digital solutions that support the entire employee lifecycle, with the aim of driving HR transformation initiatives. The incumbent will track these processes through to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting to the COE Head of Talent Acquisition, the position works closely with Business HR partners, the IT COE‑HR team, and external vendors providing digital HR transformation solutions.
Key responsibilities include evolving HR processes with a digital‑first mindset, visualizing future state workflows, engaging stakeholders to build and deliver solutions, and managing the end‑to‑end execution of work‑streams to improve effectiveness and efficiency. The role also leads change adoption, tracks process metrics across the employee lifecycle, and ensures timely reporting.
The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA in HR from a premier institute, and possess 8‑10 years of experience in process management and improvement within fast‑paced environments.
Core competencies required are HR analytics, HR technology, business partnering, stakeholder management, strategic orientation, problem solving, and strong interpersonal influence.
