- Create and manage all repair-type agreements using contract input documentation.
- Accurately input and maintain agreements in internal systems to ensure effective asset and fleet management.
- Review and return incomplete or unclear contract documentation to the source to maintain quality and compliance.
- Perform timely and accurate contract revenue invoicing.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide updates on agreement status to relevant teams.
- Work closely with internal Service Departments, Accounts Department and Sales to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to recover deal support funding.
- Ensure agreements are processed on time and in line with agreed SLAs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
