Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
Demonstrated ability to manage a defined sales territory
Strong technical knowledge of generators, switchgear, and electrical systems
Proven customer relationship-building and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Caterpillar (CAT) generator systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in the Electric Power Generation (EPG) industry
Bilingual – English/Spanish
