We are seeking a sharp, highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee and track the progress of our projects from acquisition to final delivery. In this role, you will not be responsible for executing work within each department, but rather for ensuring that all departments are progressing on their assigned tasks, identifying delays or roadblocks, and proposing solutions when needed. You will serve as the central point of coordination to keep everyone accountable, ensure no project is stalled or overlooked, and help keep timelines on track.

  • Ensure documentation and milestones are recorded and up to date
  • Identify project gaps, blockers, or inefficiencies—and propose solutions or escalate them to the appropriate team or manager
  • Follow up with responsible parties to ensure no project is stalled or overlooked
  • Maintain and update project trackers and timelines, and flag delays or risks proactively
  • Track project progress across all phases, such as acquisition, finance, design, permitting, construction, disposition
  • Coordinate regular check-ins with internal and external teams
  • Maintain clear records of responsibilities and hand-offs between teams
  • Prepare project status reports and internal updates

  • Familiarity with the real estate process is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively suggest solutions across departments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus
  • Comfortable following up with multiple teams and reminding others of timelines and deliverables
