Manage contractors, repairs, cleaning, emergency works, and performance reviews
Collaborate on service charge budgets, cashflow monitoring, and reconciliations
Resolve leaseholder enquiries and complaints efficiently
Manage the daily operations and maintenance of a mixed-use leasehold portfolio
Lead monthly resident surgeries and manage stakeholder relationships
Oversee Section 20 consultations and major works projects
Support capital expenditure projects and provide wider team support when required
Review LPE1s and solicitor enquiries
Attend procurement meetings and monitor compliance and KPIs
Prepare and review resident communications and updates
Maintain internal systems, trackers, and reporting tools
Conduct regular site inspections and produce detailed reports
Review and approve invoices in line with procurement processes

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Strong background in residential/mixed-use leasehold property management
Desirable: TPI Level 4, experience managing direct reports, or exposure to RTM activity

Solid understanding of service charge budgeting and legislation
Financially astute with experience in budgets, utility billing, and apportionment
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
