Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Project/Primavera, and Procore, Bluebeam
Ability to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with owners’ representatives, contractors, vendors, and others on and off the job site
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
Ability to work approximately 80% in the field, nights, weekends, and more than 40 hours per week, often in inclement conditions.
Ability to read and understand project schedules and Gantt charts
Experience working with DOT, and/or Municipalities
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and construction specifications/manuals
Ability to read and understand construction and procurement contracts
Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a minimum of 6 years of Comparable Field Experience
While every effort will be made to keep work close to where the candidate lives, you must have the ability to work remotely on expenses during construction if the need arises.
Ability to work as a designer and/or otherwise support design efforts during the winter or between assignments is preferred
Traffic Control Supervisor, Transportation Erosion Control Supervisor, Flagger, ACI or related certifications for Asphalt and /or Concrete preferred
