- Coordinate and review technical write-ups, scope descriptions, and methodology statements tailored to each project’s requirements.
- Manage the full bid process from receipt of RFP to submission, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop detailed bid programmes, deliverables listand compliance matrices to ensure all client requirements are addressed.
- Engage with external stakeholders including clients, consultants, and partners to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all proposal documentation, cost sheets, and submission forms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Architectural, Engineering, AoR, , Commercial, and Management) to obtain technical inputs, scope clarifications, and resource allocations.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, and tender clarifications as required.
- Support the continuous improvement of bid templates, databases, and submission processes within the bidding team.

- Confident dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- 2–6 years of experience in engineering consultancy, preferably with involvement in design or AoR projects.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with InDesign, Power BI, or similar is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic is an advantage.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Al-Khobar, Eastern Province.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, ID, Electrical, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Saudi authority procedures, regulatory submissions, and design workflows.
