The Regional Sales Manager responsibility include driving Enphase revenue and share growth in a defined set of partner/installer accounts, regions and recruits/enables new partners/installers. He/She educates partners on the Enphase technology and business propositions, enabling them to sell our solutions to achieve mutually beneficial revenue and profit goals. Inside Enphase, the Regional Sales Manager works closely with Sales Management, Field Applications, Marketing, Customer Service, operations and finance to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. The Regional Sales Manager will execute all regional programs, promotional initiatives and other key aspects of account management, forecasting, order management, partner training, collecting market intelligence.

This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
