- Experience in permitting with various agencies (local/state/federal) as required.
- Experience and proficiency in all construction documentation, including design, planning and procurement.
- Understanding of variable risk factors, and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful project start, execution and close-out, on large multi-billion-dollar construction projects.
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
- Aviation experience is highly preferred.

- Construction management experience and expertise in primarily large, complex projects requiring detailed planning and procurement strategies.
- In order to receive a security badge at the client worksite to enable access to secure portions of the facility for which you are being hired to perform services, you may be required to pass the client's security screening process, which will include, but may not be limited to, Homeland Security background check and fingerprinting. Should this be required it will be done after you have commenced employment, and your participation in that process and a pass rating by the client are both conditions of your continued employment by AECOM.

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), BIM360, Bluebeam, CMiC, or other construction related programs.
