The consultant will partner with clients to develop digital strategies, define success criteria, assess processes, and justify the business value of initiatives. They will guide BIM and emerging technology adoption for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, shape consulting service offerings, and lead facilitated workshops to identify solution opportunities. Collaboration with Autodesk account and project‑management teams will ensure delivery against Customer Success Plans and tracking of solution value.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction or a related field, at least five years of hands‑on MEP experience with Autodesk products (e.g., Revit, Construction Cloud), and three years leading business‑improvement initiatives using digital solutions. Candidates must demonstrate strategic thinking, program and change management, strong written and oral communication, workshop facilitation, and the ability to work across technical, sales, and project teams. Travel up to 30 % is required.
Preferred qualifications add deep knowledge of MEP design and construction practices, experience defining business strategy in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains, advanced proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks, and a proven record of enterprise‑level change leadership.
