Proven problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and anticipate operational risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
1–2 years of experience in renewable energy systems, industrial automation, or other technical operations environments.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, with the ability to create KPI dashboards and drive data-informed decisions.
Experience with SCADA systems, industrial monitoring tools, or remote operations platforms.
Familiarity with AI/ML-based tools for predictive performance analysis, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.
Basic programming experience in Python, C, or scripting languages for troubleshooting, data manipulation, or workflow automation.
Experience supporting U.S.-based technical operations from international time zones.
