The Chief Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing infrastructure-related data, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring that IT systems align with organizational requirements. The role supports planning, design, and implementation of data centers, networks, cloud platforms, servers, virtualization environments, and related services.

Support infrastructure-related projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with application, operations, and cybersecurity teams to ensure robust support across enterprise systems.
Ensure strict adherence to information security policies, RTA guidelines, and ITIL service management frameworks.
Integrate on-premises and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.

Analyze and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Nagios, Azure Monitor)
Develop and review infrastructure standards, policies, and roadmaps.
Prepare technical documentation, analytical reports, and architectural blueprints.
Design and optimize IT infrastructure solutions including data centers, networks, servers, and cloud computing platforms.
Lead capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Monitor and report KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
