Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.
Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations, and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction.
Mentor and develop junior and entry-level engineers, fostering growth in technical and project management skills.
Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and cross-discipline teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Working knowledge and working experience of all programs supported by MS Office required, including MS Project is a plus.
Active PE registration is required.
Preliminary and Final design experience with ODOT projects, specifications and guidelines preferred.
Demonstrated experience with AASHTO Policy’s and Guidelines
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
BSCE required
10+ years’ progressive experience in a combination of highway design and project management responsibilities.
Demonstrated hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.
