Focus on Leading Indicators Monitor leading indicators that provide opportunities to influence outcomes, such as sales forecasting, sales metrics, competitor analyses, MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) demographic and economic trends, and current events that could impact the industry.

Collaborate with SHOP Portfolio team to align on key initiatives of focus, then tailor strategic operational plan to the needs of the respective portfolio.

Lead price volume optimization strategy, oversight, and execution for portfolio.
Leverage predictive analytics and community-level performance data to prepare for on-site community visits.
Strategic Portfolio Management Conduct strategic on-site engagement that adds value to community and regional operational leadership. This includes sharing best practices, pricing insights, sales strategies and data analysis that drives performance.
Initiative Execution Ensure excellent execution of revenue, operating model, labor management, pricing, NOI and other optimization initiatives.
Attend industry events and conferences, with focus on both interfacing with key leaders from assigned portfolio and developing network.
Prepare and present ad hoc analysis to Ventas senior leadership team regarding strategic and tactical opportunities for the portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Must be able to adapt communication style across a wide range of stakeholders, including on-site staff, sales managers, department leaders, mid-level operations, corporate executives, and C-suite leaders.
