Engage external consultants as needed for due diligence, engineering, and permitting.
Create full project schedules which include development, interconnection, engineering, procurement, and construction activities from notice to proceed to project close-out and establish reasonable and achievable construction start and commercial operation dates.
Manage portfolios of projects and provide accurate report outs on key metrics, implementing streamlined processes for large volume to improve efficiency.
Work with state, county, and local governments to obtain discretionary and non-discretionary permits necessary for construction mobilization.
Support project proposal efforts, ensuring that project bids are both competitive and feasible.
Work with internal and external construction resources to ensure successful project construction with health, safety, quality, and the environment top of mind.

Knowledge of solar energy systems, including solar modules, inverters, racking systems, and associated electrical equipment.
Preferable is a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
Understanding of construction methodologies and processes related to solar, BESS, and EV infrastructure projects for commercial , institutional, and utility customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of project management software and tools (Procore)
Knowledge of civil construction, stormwater management, foundation installation
Approximately 10-20% annually.
Minimum of 2 years of Solar experience in a similar position.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and business development professionals.
NABCEP Certified
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidential mange customer relationships prior, during, and post construction build ( can you help me fine tune the wording)
Knowledge of Electrical code, electrical safety and best practices for electrical construction
Facility with typical computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Scheduling application experience a plus (MS Project, Primavera).
