Maintain stock of essential items (linen, toiletries, kitchen supplies), monitor usage and replenish as needed
Perform minor repairs and coordinate with service providers for major maintenance.
Report to the Reporting Manager any incidents of abuse of any part of the Guest House by any occupant
Ensure NO SMOKING in the Guest House at all times, 24 x 7
Ensure cleanliness of all rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces – fully responsible for the complete dry and wet cleaning of all indoor spaces of the guest house inclusive of all toilets and bathrooms, as well as outdoor spaces associated with the guest house (balconies, main door entrance area, etc.)
Cook all meals as would be required – predominantly breakfast and dinner
Ensure that only personnel authorized by the Reporting Manager are permitted to enter and use the Guest House
Maintain Guest Register
Work with the Reporting Manager towards managing groceries and other cooking supplies, including shopping trips
Ensure that there is no unauthorized consumption of alcohol in the Guest House
During periods of low occupancy, assist in the main office as might be reasonably requested by the Reporting Manager
Provide necessary amenities and ensure guest comfort.
Liaise with Administration staff at Gurugram office.
Observe personal hygiene in a complete and thorough manner
Wash and iron clothes of guests as might be required (in the washing machine provided)
Comply with safety standards and report any hazards immediately.
Ensure that the Guest House is kept secure at all times
