- Design and install HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for industrial and public sector projects.
- Develop and oversee production aspects, including clean‑room design and computer modeling.
- Perform HVAC system design using HAP, IES, ventilation and pressure‑drop calculations, and select equipment.
- Lead project teams, coordinating managers, engineers, and drafters across all phases.
- Supervise design teams to ensure high‑quality delivery within schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with other design disciplines to maintain overall design integrity.
- Ensure diligent focus on deliverable quality and compliance with Arcadis Health and Safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Build industry profile and stay current with innovations and developments.
- Coach and mentor junior staff.
