To work with lead Channel NAM to administrate internally and externally the Joint business plans for each customer which will realise sales, margin and market share growth ambitions ahead of PPG’s competitors.
Ensure a fully maintained growth pipeline in CL and 7-step process is followed to drive performance.
Bring the outside in and be responsible for sharing competitor and customer public domain
Support lead NAM to deliver Joint business plans internally and externally to maximise results from their customer base to drive triple win. PPG/Customer/Consumer.
Administrate and liaise with finance and Lead NAM to manage annual rebate tracking and accrual
Support lead NAM to deliver sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Ensure client link commercial excellence metrics are best in class.
Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
Provide weekly and monthly updates on business performance, team and competitor insights to the lead NAM
Meet IBP required compliance parameters and deadlines for inputs and outputs.
