The role requires an associate's degree or equivalent, or six to twelve months of related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software, and a valid driver’s license. Physical duties include extended sitting, occasional stair climbing, lifting up to 20 lb, reading documents, hearing verbal communications, and using mobile devices.
This on‑site position is based primarily in an office setting, with occasional outdoor exposure and an environment that may include bright lights, noise, and distractions.
