- Develop high-performing teams on sizeable cross-functional and cross-organizational projects while managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty setting a high bar for design quality

- Provide coaching, mentorship and career stewardship for a team of user experience design professionals including interaction design, design architecture, content (learning) experience, analytics, etc
