Support scenario planning and participate in S&OP processes.
Validate inventory targets.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes and systems.
Perform inventory segmentation and manage inventory of new and phase-out parts.
Collaborate closely with Factory Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Deployment, Logistics, and Sales teams.
Balance supply and demand for finished goods to meet service, inventory, and working capital targets.
Validate and achieve monthly inventory days of supply; facilitate reduction of excess inventory.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in SAP ECC; SAP IBP experience preferred.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices in supply planning.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills; proactive cross-functional collaboration.
Requires at least 1 year Production Planning / Inventory Management experience, 2 years of experience in Supply Planning / Inventory Management strongly preferred.
Experience with advanced planning tools (SAP IBP or similar).
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process automation.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
