  • Develop and implement pricing models (e.g., market-based pricing, value-based pricing) that align with both market and organizational goals.
  • Ensure ELSE’s pricing structure is competitive and aligned with market trends, customer demands, and value proposition. key accounts/ industrial segment requirements, to ensure consistency.
  • Develops and implements a sustainable process to gather market pricing data. Conduct regular research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor pricing strategies
  • Work closely with the marketing & sales teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-communicated and understood and that promotional campaigns align with pricing objectives.

  • Knowledge of pricing processes
  • Understanding of general sales practices, sales enablement, channel sales, contract & risk management.
  • 6+ years of pricing specialist experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or similar field
  • Strong ability to analyze market data, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
  • Understanding of cost structures, profit margins, financial statements and performance target.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey pricing strategies to various stakeholders.
