Oversee daily operations of the electrical department
Team: Guide and support a team of electricians and apprentices
Ensure all team members strictly adhere to electrical codes, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence across the department.
Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and other departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination across all services.
Monitor and manage departmental KPI’s including job completion rate, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction.

5–10+ years of residential electrical experience, including generators
3+ years in a leadership, foreman, or supervisory role

Experience in home services or technician-based operations
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, safety codes, and best practices
Familiarity with Nexstar service system and ServiceTitan
