In this role you will provide quick, efficient, and pleasant food and beverage service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met.
The position involves accepting food orders, communicating them to the kitchen, and delivering meals promptly. You will respond quickly to resident and guest requests, buss and reset tables, complete assigned side work, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and coworkers.
No prior experience is required, though food‑service experience is preferred. You must complete food‑safety training, obtain any required handling or sanitation licenses, communicate clearly in English, and have basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems. The role also requires independent decision‑making, problem‑solving in non‑standard situations, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work some weekends.
