Operate AutoStore automated picking system
Load, pick, pack, sort, and consolidate pallets
Ensure equipment is loaded accurately and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize performance, develop SOPs, and troubleshoot issues
Provide clear direction and expectations to associates
Support small projects, maintenance, and area upkeep
Handle products carefully to prevent damage

The Automated Picking (AutoStore) Associate is essential to the daily operations of Famous Supply’s Distribution Center, actively participating in all AutoStore system functions and partnering with engineering and management to continuously improve processes. The position offers a starting wage of $19 per hour plus differential.

Strong communication and leadership abilities
Technical problem‑solving skills
Experience with warehouse equipment and automation systems
High integrity and reliability
Ability to lift ≥50 lb and stand most of an 8‑hour shift
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with AutoStore or similar systems
Building‑industry knowledge
