Coordinate team activities and conduct tender cost estimate review meetings

Review designs and engineering specifications for cost effectiveness
Compile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities
Support the preparation and development of construction methodologies, programs, and submission documentation

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar equivalent
Would suit someone with Construction Estimating experience
Financial and commercial acumen.
Prior experience in Defence, Building & Facade, Civil, Remediation, Infrastructure sector, Process and non-process infrastructure, and Water/Wastewater treatment is highly preferred.
Interpersonal skills, confident, professional and self-motivated.
5+ years industry experience
First principal experience with pricing internal labour to complete work scopes.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
