Description
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, system configurations, and operational processes.
- Translate customer business requirements into effective solutions and designs.
- Implement and maintain security measures such as authentication, access controls, and data protection.
- Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver tailored, customer‑focused solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions and support community adoption initiatives.
- Support deployment, maintenance, health, capacity, and performance monitoring of the platform and solutions.
- Deliver incident and problem analysis and resolution per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area.
- Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.
