Track and advise project managers on individual project outstanding DRO (Days Receivable Outstanding) and DBO (Days Billing Outstanding) days.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly project reports.
Validate project invoices before submission to the client and track client payment cashflows.
Set up project schedule, contract invoicing, and cash milestones.
Forecast Earned Value and Cashflow with the ability to develop optimal financial strategies with project managers before deployment/commitment of resources.
Follow up with Clients regarding timely payment within the contractual timeframe, as well as chasing up overdue payments.
Help prepare monthly project forecasts, revenues and margins.
Reconcile project revenue and costs with the accounts department.
