You will review architectural documents for conflicts with all disciplines, perform QA/QC and technical reviews, and write and edit architectural specifications.
You will perform layout and detailing on architectural projects.
You will coordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders, incorporate agreedupon changes into project documents, provide construction contract administration as needed, and perform other duties as required.
You will manage and undertake design activities and the production of design information.
You will conduct work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager and other disciplines.

You should demonstrate strong graphic presentation skills, have an understanding and experience with various building contracts, and possess strong knowledge of building regulations and good planning skills.
Master’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of five years of postqualification experience working on complex and diverse architectural projects in social infrastructure, such as health, life sciences, education, and civic or community projects.
Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is also preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field and registration as an Architect (ARB Registered Architect).
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3D Studio Max is advantageous but not required.
You must be proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes.
Experience in the preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications is required.
You should demonstrate exceptional ability to manage busy workloads efficiently and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to facilitate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and project scheduling tools, is expected.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as are strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
