Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners' Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Policies, processes and statutory requirements as they affect the project’s operations and ensure that the tender process and design reflect these.
Lead the development of the main works scope for the design and build of the new facility.
Assist with the procurement, selection and onboarding of contractors and subcontractors to complete the work scopes.
Once a main contractor has been awarded the contract, you will be responsible for the onboarding and mobilisation of the contractor, this will include but not be limited to, the development of the construction phasing, logistics, laydown areas, stakeholder interface and construction planning works, as well as design related activities.

Experience working in a nuclear environment.
Experience at a similar level on a major project or in a highly regulated environment.
NEC3/4 contract experience.
Demonstrable experience of procurement/tender processes for significant contract or subcontract packages.
Experience managing subcontract packages, including programme and commercial aspects.
Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practice.
Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in Civil Engineering or project management (or equivalent experience)
IT competence (MS Word, Excel, Document control system).
