Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, reducers, drive chains, sprockets, sheaves, pulleys, rollers, conveyor belts, bearings, transfer plates, final drive, and track motors.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace pneumatic equipment such as diverters, air compressors, lubricators, hoses, power packs, and huck guns.
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.
Perform scheduled maintenance on all company equipment, including generators, power drivers, and other types of heavy equipment.
Maintain and repair heavy equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery and systems.
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace hydraulic equipment such as hoses, fittings, cylinders, and pumps.
Read, understand, and apply information from technical manuals, prints, and schematics.

Travel to different project sites using an expense card when required; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner.

Entry-level experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, such as experience gained in vehicle service or similar settings.

Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements.
Working knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, emissions, diesel, gasoline, and record-keeping systems
Proven analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment, and inventory management.
