- Be responsible for the development of a programme of works associated with secured bids for Local Authorities and Housing Associations
- Work to avoid cost overruns and secure successful delivery of the projects with the best commercial value for our clients and SSE Airtricity
- Work with clients on programme schedules, scope requirements and amendments
- Ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all employees and contractors, developing and deploying a robust Safety Management System for all contracted works
- Secure and onboard contractors to deliver these programmes
